Wedding Flowers FAQs

All Wildabout wedding flowers are completely bespoke. We don’t offer fixed packages, as every wedding, venue and couple is different. Your floral design is created around your vision, your venue and the atmosphere you want to create - from understated elegance to full-scale floral impact.

Yes. Where appropriate, we include a complimentary initial floral sample as part of our design process. We believe it’s important for you to see and feel the direction of the flowers, not just imagine them. If you would like a second or revised sample, this can be created at cost.

We use colour palettes as a compliment, not a constraint. Flowers are a natural, living product, and our role is to interpret your colour direction in a way that feels considered, balanced and right for your venue and season - rather than forcing an exact match.

Yes, where appropriate. We often design flowers with multiple moments in mind, such as repurposing ceremony flowers for receptions or private parties. This allows us to maximise impact, reduce unnecessary waste and create more value without compromising the design.

We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for peak wedding months and destination weddings. Our diary fills quickly due to the bespoke nature of our work and the time required for design, sourcing and logistics.

Absolutely. We regularly collaborate with wedding planners, venues and production teams to ensure floral design integrates seamlessly into the wider wedding vision, schedule and logistics.

Yes. Wildabout has a dedicated Ibiza office and experience delivering destination weddings across Europe. With both London and Ibiza-based teams, we manage everything from sourcing flowers suited to the climate to on-site installation and logistics.

Corporate Flowers FAQs

Contract flowers are ongoing floral arrangements or installations designed for businesses such as hotels, offices, members clubs, restaurants and retail spaces. They ensure your space always looks considered, seasonal and aligned with your brand.

Yes. Every Wildabout floral contract is tailored to your brand, your space and your operational needs. We don’t offer one-size-fits-all solutions - your flowers should reflect your identity, not a template.

This depends on your space and requirements. Some clients choose weekly refreshes, others opt for fortnightly, monthly or seasonal updates. We’ll advise on the best schedule during your consultation.

Yes. Most of our corporate contracts run for a minimum of 12 months to ensure consistency, planning efficiency and long-term visual impact. Seasonal installations and one-off projects are quoted separately.

Ongoing contracts typically cover regular floral displays. Special events such as Christmas installations, brand activations or launches are scoped and quoted separately to ensure they receive the creative focus they deserve.

Yes. We design and deliver large-scale floral installations for brand launches, campaigns and experiential events. Our work is created to be visually impactful, durable and photograph beautifully.

Yes. We offer office plants, window boxes and planted displays, supported by a team with horticultural experience. Maintenance schedules are tailored to your space and plant selection.

Events Flowers FAQs

We create floral designs for brand events, fashion launches, private celebrations, milestone birthdays, press events and experiential activations. Each design is led by the event’s purpose, audience and environment.

Event florals are designed with brand storytelling, guest flow and visual impact in mind. While weddings focus on emotion and romance, events prioritise atmosphere, messaging and experience.

Yes. We work closely with brand guidelines and colour palettes, using them as a creative framework rather than a rigid rulebook. Flowers are natural products, so exact Pantone matching isn’t always possible, but we achieve the closest and most aesthetically refined interpretation.

Absolutely. We regularly collaborate with production companies, agencies and venues, particularly for large-scale installations, rigging and complex builds.

Where appropriate, yes. Flowers can sometimes be repurposed for private events, internal spaces or gifted after an event. This is considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the design and logistics.

Both. We work on individual event commissions as well as ongoing creative partnerships with brands, agencies and venues.
