As the height of wedding season unfolds, we’re sharing a peek into one of our recent floral designs, an elegant and emotive celebration set at The Clementine in Syon Park, expertly planned by our friends at Whitepaper event
This wedding was a true showcase of how thoughtful floral design can transform both outdoor and indoor settings into something unforgettable. And The Clementine at Syon Park, with its blend of botanical beauty and contemporary architecture, was the perfect canvas for our latest installation.
Nestled within the stunning grounds of Syon Park in West London, The Clementine is a hidden gem for couples seeking a venue that combines modern luxury with the timeless elegance of nature. The venue’s seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces provides endless opportunities for creative floral storytelling, from garden ceremonies under the sky to candlelit dinners within.
Its botanical surroundings, glass-panelled walls, and lush lawns create a dreamy atmosphere that naturally complements our floral style: refined, romantic, and a little wild. It’s a space that invites beauty in all its forms, and one we always love returning to.
For this particular celebration, our couple chose a colour palette that felt delicate yet elevated, soft lilacs, blush pinks, dusty rose, fresh greens, classic whites, and the subtlest whisper of muted sky blue. The tones were perfectly suited to the midsummer setting at Syon Park, reflecting both the gardens in bloom and the airy interiors of The Clementine.
Our goal was to create a design that was both luxurious and light-hearted, full of floral texture but never overpowering. The result? A layered, romantic feel that worked beautifully across all parts of the day.
Every Wildabout wedding features signature moments, and this one was no exception.
In the gardens, we built a grand chuppah standing 9 feet tall and 8 feet wide. Designed to feel rooted in the landscape yet unmistakably elegant, the chuppah featured a full floral canopy of seasonal blooms and trailing greenery, with the colour palette softly displaying throughout the canopy. It served as both a ceremonial focal point and a statement piece guests couldn’t stop photographing.
Indoors, we adorned the top table with a romantic meadow-style runner. This low, luxurious arrangement ran the full length of the table and was designed to look as if the florals were exuding organically across the surface. We played with layers - ranging from dusty roses to delicate sweet peas and textured foliage, creating a dreamy tablescape that felt like an extension of the garden itself.
