The Supper Club Gala marked a powerful crescendo at the close of Engage Summit 2025 - an unforgettable evening that brought three days of connection, creativity and community to a spectacular finale.
Hosted at the iconic KOKO London, the gala embodied everything Engage Summits are known for: immersive storytelling, bold creativity and shared experience on a grand scale.
As one of London’s most historic and theatrical venues, KOKO offered the perfect setting for a night designed to celebrate performance, spectacle and celebration. In a city that has shaped the world of theatre and live entertainment, it felt only fitting that this year’s gala leaned fully into that legacy.
London is rich in monumental spaces, but few combine theatre, drama and scale quite like KOKO. With its dramatic architecture and storied past, the venue set the stage for the Engage Summit Supper Club Gala - an evening rooted in the spirit of “dinner and a show”.
Velvet-draped glamour, musical enchantment and a palpable sense of anticipation filled the space as guests arrived. From the moment the doors opened, the atmosphere signalled that this was no ordinary gala.
Instead, it was an immersive experience - one designed to unfold in acts, drawing guests deeper into the energy of the night.
Wildabout was entrusted to elevate the florals and bring the space to life - an essential role in shaping the emotional tone of the evening. Within a venue as visually powerful as KOKO, floral design becomes about balance: enhancing without overpowering, complementing without distraction.
The floral approach supported the theatrical narrative of the Supper Club Gala, working in harmony with lighting, music and scenic production.
Rather than existing as standalone moments, the florals were integrated into the wider design language of the event - contributing texture, warmth and refinement while allowing the performance and architecture to take centre stage.
Floral design for an event of this scale is never purely decorative. It plays a quiet but vital role in how guests experience a space - softening, framing and enriching the environment as the evening evolves.
True to the supper club tradition, the night delivered both exceptional dining and extraordinary performance. As guests enjoyed their meal, entertainment unfolded around them in a way that felt organic, surprising and deeply emotive.
ALR Music brought the concept to life with a 24-piece band that held the room from the very first note. As the evening progressed, performances escalated into a show-stopping moment featuring an eight-piece string ensemble, a ten-piece gospel choir, a dance ensemble and a leading vocalist whose voice moved many guests to tears.
The experience flowed seamlessly - never pausing, never breaking the spell. And once The Fellas took the stage, the shift was unmistakable: dinner gave way to dancing, and the gala transformed once again.
Under the largest disco ball many had ever seen, in a theatre that has hosted legends such as The Clash, Madonna, Prince and Amy Winehouse, the Supper Club Gala reached its peak. The room pulsed with energy - the kind that can’t be scripted, only felt.
Music, movement, light and atmosphere collided in a way that perfectly captured the Engage Summit spirit: celebratory, emotional and unforgettable. Floral design remained an integral part of this environment, grounding the experience and maintaining a sense of cohesion amid the dynamism of the night.
As the final event of Engage Summit 2025, the Supper Club Gala was more than a party - it was a shared moment of reflection and celebration. It honoured the connections formed over the previous days and sent guests forward inspired, energised and deeply moved.
